A song about someone suffering from acute paranoia, written from their point of view (ie. in the first person). The structure is deliberately minimal and came about after I developed the nagging circular motif on a borrowed 12-string acoustic guitar.

Story behind the song
Quite an old reel-to-reel recording that required extensive tweaking to improve it to 'distribution standard'. I wrote this after listening to some early Alice Cooper tracks - I was particularly influenced by 'Ballad Of Dwight Fry' and its ever so slightly off-the-wall narrative. The bass part is one of my favourites - by turns it is funky, restrained and harmonically inventive whilst at all times remaining as simple as it could possibly be.
