Story behind the song
The song was improvised, as are almost all of our recordings. What is it about???? Good question. What if our friends, the Bobbleheads, had an agenda?
Lyrics
Bobblehead Fear No Evil The Bobbleheads are my friends. I can talk to them And they just smile and nod their heads. Sometimes we watch movies. They … mostly like baseball movies. I’d laugh and they would smile and node their heads. Yesterday I woke up And there was a list on my pillow Of people the Bobbleheads decided no longer deserved to live. Some I agreed with, But I said “Pastor Merle? A man of God?” They just smiled and nodded their heads. “Bill, the postman?” Yes they nodded. “Mrs. Griffin, my second grade teacher?” (Oh yes. She’s real bad). I smiled and nodded and went to load my gun. For I knew they could speak no evil. “Get your Bobbleheads!” “Free Bobblehead night at the gate.” “Everybody with a ticket gets a Bobblehead.!”
