scream at the top of your lungs, we've got these expectations maybe we've eaten an apple but we tasted the toxic waters and breathe in the static air dream of being far away from here sometimes you feel set to burn this place to the ground and it's a nice day for a revolution it's as good a day as the next maybe we can stay awake till morning we can stare past the manicured trees out to the smokestacks and throw a beer bottle in anger but it won't even break call it the story of my life if you think that way can you come with me, we'll run screaming through the static air it doesn't move much, only bending around us we've said too much already moved a bit too losely we'll huddle in the corners and cling to the fringes and sing our songs cause it's a nice day for a revolution it's as good a day as the next
