Lyrics
The bird bought a string To make pretty things But the reason he bought it's The reason he thought it was mine. The clown tried to sing About insolent things And until he could see it He wouldn't believe it was fine CHORUS One two three It all seems scripted But no one knows their lines The nanny went down To a neighboring town But the tar that she purchased Could never be called refined CHORUS (musical break) (repeat) CHORUS The Englishman took The words from my book But before he returned them He made sure I knew it was time

Okay Rob... this reminds me a bit of Dogbowl. Are you familiar with him? Anyway, I happen to like Dogbowl. A lot. (I have an album of his with me at work today, in fact.) Good stuff and I love that you have such a wide range of styles on here. Kindred spirits, we are.
