Welcome to the undulating soundscapes of the Principality of Jevonia! Jevon is making his own truly unique brand of electronica: Eccentric, uncompromised, innovative and refreshing. No doubt Jevon’s music is a delightful experience for all connoisseurs of electronic music. Sounds like nothing else, unique organic experimental electronica. Jevon started out exploring sounds with rudimentary analogue equipment, creating pioneering tracks ahead of its time, deeply inspired by old school electronic music from 70's and 80's. Today, he is still working from his secluded studio in Scandinavia: ‘Jevonia Sound Lab’, producing his tracks in collaboration with Ossa, his producer, engineer and brother. Jevon is a creative force to be reckoned with, the sounds are inspiring and original. Using electronic beats, bleeps, timbres and textures, he weaves his own 'Jevonian soundscapes': Minimalistic, yet deeply moving and multi-faceted. Jevon's debut album, ‘The Early Years’, was released in 2004, a compilation of re-mastered tracks from his impressive back catalogue, stretching as far back as the late 1980’s Jevon is a prolific artist. He has released several albums in the recent years, on his own label: Jevon Music. In early 2008, Jevon completed his most recent masterpiece, the new album called ‘Principality of Jevonia’, featuring 12 fresh tracks of innovative and eccentric electronica. Late 2010, Jevon finally made his The Early Years compilation album available on the internet, an intriguing and ecclectic collection of tracks from the late 80s and early 90s, produced before the near decade long hiatus of Jevon Deep. In September 2013 Jevon released an EP named ‘Darkness is upon us’, the title and eerie sound of the tracks on this EP reflects the unsettling and chaotic times that we are living in right now. Fans of Jevon will not be disappointed, the tracks are as uncompromising as ever, he weaves a deep and dense atmosphere with heavy beats and haunting sounds. Enjoy this release of magnificent offbeat electronica! Jevon released the five track EP ‘Cookie Jar’ in October 2015.
