Story behind the song
China now has mobile "execution chambers", converted busses which rove around the country murdering prisoners immediately after a judge passes sentence. The state doesn't need to prove a person's guilt beyond a reasonable doubt there, the prisoner must be able to provide evidence why she wasn't smoking marijuana or shoplifting. If she cannot convince the judge that she isn't guilty she will be ordered to death immediatley even if the state has no proof...
