Story behind the song

One particular pair of neighbours who used to live next door to me defied any logical analysis of their appearance and their behaviour. To avoid getting totally freaked out by them, I forced myself to adopt a humorous attitude and eventually I wrote this song about them and how they made me feel. 

This is the second recorded version of this tune.
