Silly song about spying on the neighbor across the street, with some NHL hockey trivia in there for good measure!

Melodic, inventive pop/rock music. Singer/songwriter; Adult Alternative.
I've played in two bands that got small label deals... The Awakening in the mid 1980's, and One Hundred Days, in the 90's. Now, I just write whatever I want to. I work at a studio full time, and the bulk of my job is writing, so I am always having to come up with material. The problem is, I spend way too little time on my own stuff after hours! I'm trying to change!! My musical style is a scatalogical blend of everything I love about music...Melody, harmony, quirky shifts of mood, a constant desire to not do what is expected.

Story behind the song
This was voted as "The Stupidest Song I Ever Heard" by one very polite member of www.garageband.com!!! I wrote the music while I was watching Game 7 of the Stanley Cup Final, the year Ray Bourque won the cup. A few days later, I put a bunch of nonsense words to it, and the rest is history!
Lyrics
Give Me Back My Pants (music June 9,10th) (words June 16/01) Here I am, I’m watching you from afar, Enjoying every moment apart, Oops, I’m lying, I really didn’t mean what I said, That time, and maybe once before, Oh please, let me see what you look like naked, That would be fun, Cause I can see that you are sweet, Even from half a million feet from me, Oh won’t you let me love you baby? Cause I just don’t believe it, the things you say, I don’t believe it, please make it go away, I don’t believe you are going to stay, Oh please, oh please give me one more chance. It’s game 7 of the Stanley Cup tonight, And without you it’s not quite enough, Ooh, I’m lying, I really didn’t mean what I said, That time, and maybe once before. Oh please, let me see you inside my covers, holding me tight, Cause whether hockey is the sport of kings, I’d gladly give it all away, If you would just charge me two minutes for holding, holding you. I just don’t believe it, these things I say, I don’t believe it, I should be locked away, I don’t believe I can tell the truth, Oh please, oh please give me one more chance, Oh please, give me back my pants, Oh please, give me one more… Chance, to find out that you love me, To say that you'll forgive me, For being such a liar, a loser. Here I am, still watching you from afar, With an old pair of binoculars, I ain’t lying, I’m really that hung up on you baby, And it’s even a bit dangerous, and illegal, Don’t let me see you walking naked with some other guy, Cause though I’m doing things I shouldn’t do, Well that’s ok for me to do, Cause you won’t let me love you, love you girl… I just don’t believe it, these things I say, I don’t believe it, I should be locked away, You won’t believe me, But I promise you it’s the truth, Oh please, oh please give me one more chance, Oh please give me back my pants, Oh please give me one more chance.
