Originally conceived by Seattle-based composer and producer Van Brown, the Lazuli Quazar project has grown to encompass a select group of Seattle’s most innovative and exciting musicians. A Lazuli Quazar is an inter-dimensional projection of the celestial frequency of transcendence. The music specializes in creating aural landscapes, from pulsating grooves with serene flows to passionate waves of intensity. With an EP released and a full-length studio album in the midst of production, Lazuli Quazar is translating their recorded sound to a live setting. Imagine the simultaneous interaction and spontaneity of musicians emulating the roles of a DJ and sound system.
