My Digital Audio Workstation (DAW)

Hi, This is my setup which I built, including the computer. I have several guitars, Blackstar SeriesOne 45w amp (I mostly use Native Instruments Guitar Rig) a couple of guitar FX hardware units including Vox ToneLb SE plus some 'bits and pieces'... Cubase 12 Pro | WaveLab Elements 11 | Windows 11 Pro x64 Dual Boot on 2 x SSDs + 3 x SSDs for samples and project files | Core 11th Gen i9-11900KF OCd 5.3GHZ | ROG STRIX Z590-A GAMING WIFI | Corsair Vengeance LPX 32GB (2x16GB) 3600MHz DDR4 | RME HDSPe AIO | ASUS Radeon RX 580 Series graphics | Noctua NH-D15 CPU cooler | 2 x UAD2 Solo PCIe cards | Corsair RM1000x 1000W Power Supply Fully Modular | Mackie HR624 MKII nearfield monitors I also have a truck load of software devices, many virtual instruments and effects, compressors, reverbs, drum modules and libraries, a bass module, synths and other software keyboards by the usual suspects, Waves, Native Instruments, Acustica - Audio, Spectrasonics, Weiss, SSL and the list goes on. I'm very happy with this setup! 😀

Hi guys, (and gals ?) My very modest and quirky set-up for recording is a
 Zoom RT-24 Audio workstation into which I send my guitar...via a Line 6 Pod Go.
I then put all the recorded WAV. files onto a memory stick (you may call it a 'flash drive' ?) ... and re-create the RT-24 session within my very ancient Adobe Audition (1.5) programme ... on my equally ancient computer.
A very long winded and convoluted method I know. The reason for this, is that since I 'up-graded'  to Windows 10 😢 I was unable to record direct into Adobe Audition any longer, without an absolute ton of Latency problems (oh boy, have I tried every which way to get around this)...thus the necessity of buying the Zoom RT-24 unit. (an excellent piece of kit by the way)
It works but sure is a lot of extra work. 
In an ideal world, I'd buy (or be given totally free of charge! ) a brand new computer, with a system that would fully support Adobe Audition 1.5 and go back to my, 'glory days', of trouble free recording.
There you have it, a truly 'Heath-Robinson' way of working.
It's a miracle that I ever get anything done.
